End User License Agreement (EULA)

⚠️ Important Notice: This is a legally binding agreement. By downloading or using AI Lottery Scan, you agree to all terms in this EULA. If you do not agree, uninstall the App immediately.

Apple App Store Users: This EULA supplements (and does not replace) Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple EULA"), which can be found at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes. Both this EULA and Apple's EULA apply to your use of AI Lottery Scan when downloaded from the Apple App Store.

1. Agreement to Terms

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and AiScanSolutions.com ("Licensor," "we," "us," or "our") for the use of the AI Lottery Scan mobile application ("the App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA.

2. Grant of License

2.1 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Download and install the App on your personal mobile device(s)
Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
Access features based on your subscription or credit purchases

2.2 License Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
Use the App for commercial purposes without authorization
Use automated scripts or bots to access the App
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, code, design, graphics, trademarks, and intellectual property, is owned by AiScanSolutions.com and protected by:

United States and international copyright laws
Trademark laws
Patent laws
Other intellectual property rights

This EULA does NOT transfer ownership of the App. You receive only a limited license to use it.

4. No Gambling or Wagering

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER:

AI Lottery Scan is an entertainment and analysis tool
The App does NOT facilitate gambling, betting, or wagering
The App does NOT process lottery ticket purchases
The App does NOT handle real money transactions for lottery entries
The App does NOT guarantee winning numbers or lottery outcomes

Users must purchase official lottery tickets through authorized state lottery retailers. AI Lottery Scan provides number analysis and generation for informational purposes only.

5. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

5.1 Pricing and Products

Credits: $0.99 per credit (consumable, one-time purchase)
Monthly Premium: $3.99/month (auto-renewable)
Yearly Premium: $19.99/year (auto-renewable)

5.2 Payment Processing

All purchases are processed through:

iOS: Apple App Store (subject to Apple's EULA)

By making a purchase, you also agree to the terms of the respective platform.

5.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged within 24 hours prior to renewal.

5.4 Cancellation

Cancel subscriptions through your device's subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds.

5.5 Credits

Credits are virtual goods used to access AI features. Credits:

Have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money
Are non-refundable once purchased
Do not expire
Cannot be transferred between accounts

6. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App responsibly and in compliance with all laws. Prohibited activities include:

Using the App for illegal purposes
Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
Uploading malware or malicious code
Spamming or sending unsolicited messages
Impersonating others or creating fake accounts
Violating intellectual property rights
Attempting to disrupt or hack the App

7. User Content and Data

7.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of data you input into the App (e.g., saved tickets, syndicates). By using the App, you grant us a license to:

Store and process your data to provide services
Use anonymized data for analytics and improvements

7.2 User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining backups of your data
Ensuring the accuracy of information you provide
Protecting your account credentials

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 "AS IS" Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
Accuracy or reliability of predictions
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Security or data integrity

8.2 No Guarantee of Winning

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE OR PROMISE THAT YOU WILL WIN THE LOTTERY.

AI predictions are based on historical data and statistical algorithms. Lottery outcomes are random and unpredictable. Use the App at your own risk.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

AiScanSolutions.com SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
This includes loss of profits, data, lottery losses, or emotional distress
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months

8.4 Jurisdictional Limitations

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability. In such cases, the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AiScanSolutions.com, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your use or misuse of the App
Your violation of this EULA
Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
Your use of lottery predictions or number generation

10. Age Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction) to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.

11. Privacy and Data Collection

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this EULA by reference. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

12. Updates and Modifications

12.1 App Updates

We may release updates to:

Fix bugs and improve performance
Add new features
Comply with legal requirements

You agree to install updates to continue using the App. Failure to update may result in limited functionality.

12.2 EULA Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may terminate this license at any time by:

Uninstalling the App from your device(s)
Deleting your account through Settings

13.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

Violate this EULA or our Terms of Service
Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
Use the App for illegal purposes

13.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination:

Your license to use the App is revoked
Unused credits are forfeited (no refund)
Active subscriptions are cancelled (no refund)
Your data may be deleted after 30 days

14. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services:

Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, analytics
RevenueCat: Subscription management
Apple / Google: Payment processing
Magayo Lottery API: Public lottery data

These services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15.2 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

15.3 Jurisdiction

If arbitration is not applicable, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware or federal courts located in Delaware.

16. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country.

17. Severability

If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and AiScanSolutions.com regarding the use of the App.

19. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of this EULA does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
Pricing: Monthly Premium renews at $3.99/month; Yearly Premium renews at $19.99/year
Free Trial: New users receive 3 free credits (one-time offer). Any unused free credits are forfeited upon subscription purchase

How to Cancel:

Tap your name at the top of the screen
Tap Subscriptions
Select AI Lottery Scan
Tap Cancel Subscription

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until the period ends.

Refund Policy:

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. We do not handle refunds directly. To request a refund:

Important: No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods. Credits are non-refundable once purchased.
